How can you boost the productivity of your CPA firm?

The next big game changer for accountants will be in the form of AI. Administrative and repetitive tasks such as data entry will become a thing of the past. It’s expected that even tasks such as simple client queries will be managed by new AI.

2) Build client relationships

Any good business owner knows the importance of maintaining a solid client relationship. The same applies to CPA firm owners like yourself. By spending some time speaking with your clients you will get an idea of what they want out of the relationship.

You may believe that they’re only looking for accounting and bookkeeping services, however, after further conversation you learn that they want to expand their business and need advice on how to go about it.
